I suspect most people don’t do anything about it because it is not always easy, our doubtless have developed some unhelpful thinking and corresponding patterns of behaviour, no matter how long you have been in pain you can always find happiness.

My Services

I believe that therapy is a two-way experience. I am humbled that my clients allow me to sit alongside them on their individual and unique journeys. My goal is to assist you in a non-directive, yet inquisitive and exploratory manner, giving you the ability to see what is going on for you and how you may move forward and encourage you to become curious about your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. As we connect and share the experience, we create change. I offer a safe, comfortable and private setting to explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life.

I am a qualified integrative therapist, enabling me to employ various modalities to explore and understand your situation. This approach focuses on the present, making connections to past experiences that may affect your current life.

I offer intervention for families which include NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) for the parents (groups) and 1:1 Emotional Understanding for the Child/Young Person.
